Maple Syrup Production

We're serious about our maple syrup. The sap is harvested with the help of family and friends from our 170-acre woodland. We then boil the sap in our state-of-the-art stainless-steel evaporator using a batch process. Batch processing ensures a robust flavor which is the way we like it. Once a batch is close to finished, we transfer to smaller kettles to boil it down to the precise temperature and brix (sugar content). The result is perfect, real maple syrup every time.
